Heraclius I (1238 MG - 1294 MG) was an emperor of the Empire of Makhaira. He reigned from 1272 MG to his death in 1294 MG.
He was an awful emperor in many ways, choosing to spend his days in contemplation of the setting sun. He built a large tower in Lezh to allow him to watch the sun set over the Middle Sea. His officials ruled the empire during this time.
